Do credits expire?

Yes. The $97 DealSnap™ credit toward DealReview™ Standard expires 30 days from the DealSnap™ delivery date. The $200 DealReview™ Standard credit toward Plus expires in 60 days. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to monthly plan fees.

When does work begin on paid products?

Work begins upon payment confirmation. A Stripe payment link is emailed within 15 minutes of deal submission. For monthly plan subscribers, work begins immediately upon submission.

Is the DealReview™ workbook actually lender-ready?

Yes. The format is recognized by Moneyhouse San Juan HQ, Capital Mortgage Services, and Oriental Bank — the three primary 203(k) and DSCR lenders active in Puerto Rico.
